A scheduled Precision Tune-Up includes:
cleaning condensing unit coils, checking compressor amp draw, oiling
fan motors, optimizing belt adjustment, checking the system operating
pressures and temperatures against manufacturers specifications, and
most importantly: checking air conditioner coolant level (commonly known
as Freon).
A system that is only 10% low on coolant costs about 20% more to operate!
